Refund policy

Cancellations

We gladly accept cancellations. Please cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase.  Once your order has been processed (when we have completed the personalisation) or dispatched (non-personalised purchases) we can no longer cancel your order. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you have received it and contact us at BespokeMunchkin@gmail.com, with an attached photo, immediately if, in the unlikely event there is a defect or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We DO NOT accept returns or exchange on any Personalised items. Please contact us at BespokeMunchkin@gmail.com if you have a problem with your order. We would gladly assist, where possible. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you simply change your mind, you will not be entitled to a refund or reimbursed for shipping. We do not exchange or refund change of mind purchases. 

Refunds
Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis and refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
