Australia Shipping rates 

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $80

Shipping options:

  • $3.30 no tracking (flat items only eg burp cloths and baby bodysuits) – flat rate anywhere in Australia. 
    • Please upgrade to Standard Shipping if you would like to track your order.
    • Flat items will not be sent in a personalised parcel box. If you would like a personalised parcel box, please upgrade to Standard Shipping. 
  • $10 Standard Shipping with tracking – flat rate anywhere in Australia.
    • Same state: 2–5 business days
    • Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business day
  • $15 Express Shipping with tracking – flat rate anywhere in Australia. (Your order will be processed ahead of our other no tracking and standard shipping orders). 
    • Same state: up to 2 business days
    • Interstate (metro to metro): 2-4 business days
Please be mindful of the Handling Time and the delivery estimates when placing your order. Orders may take a little longer to arrive than the number of days stated above due to the current pandemic. International Shipping rates

We currently only post within Australia. Any international orders, please email us at BespokeMunchkin@gmail.com and we will see what we can offer for international shipping.

 

Handling Time 

All orders take 1-4 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. Shipping is the charge for Bespoke Munchkin order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation and vary with specific requests, such as personalisation. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. 

Notice: Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be a slight delay in your shipment. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact our customer service at BespokeMunchkin@gmail.com.


Tracking your order 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number, with the exception of No Tracking orders. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the Australia Post directly on 131318 prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time. For orders with No Tracking, no tracking number will be supplied and there will be no way of tracking your order. Bespoke Munchkin is not liable for any lost parcels. 


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small window to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at BespokeMunchkin@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.


Please note that your parcel will be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect. In this case, we have to wait for your parcel to be returned to us and then we can re-ship the parcel to your correct address (additional $10 shipping charges apply).


Delivered But Not Received

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact Australia Post on 131318 and follow the prompts. Do not hang up and you will eventually get to speak with an operator. Bespoke Munchkin are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.  Flat parcels with No Tracking will not receive a tracking number and it will not be possible to track your order if the order is lost. Please choose Standard Tracking if you would like to track your order. 

If Australia Post or affiliate courier could not reach you after several attempts, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases your order will not be refunded. You will need to pay an additional $10 shipping and handling fee for the package to be re-delivered to you.

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.


Please note that all shipping times are guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

All shipments will be sent from our warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia.
Please expect a slight delay for public holiday orders.

 

International Duties and Custom Charges 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bespoke Munchkin is not responsible for delays due to customs.
